GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
All returns must be accompanied by an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Shipments returned
without an RGA number will be refused. You can request an RGA number by contacting us at Returns or by calling  800-545-2114. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
   - Are in their original packaging.
   - Have original manufacturer information.
   - Are not damaged.
   - Do not have missing parts.
   - Are accompanied with a copy of your invoice. Invoices are enclosed in the outside shipping label
        pouch of your package.

- Note: Items qualifying for free shipping that are returned will be charged the outbound shipping charge.
- In the case of defective merchandise, we will offer to replace or repair. If replacement is waived by
     customer than re-stock fee will apply. These returns still require an RGA number (see above).
- If we are unable to issue a comparable replacement product of equal or greater value in the case of
     defective merchandise, we will issue a full credit.
- All non-defective returns are subject of up to a 15% re-stocking fee ($5 minimum).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the following cases:
     - UPS air shipments arrived late (UPS Ground shipping does not apply).

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
   If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 1 business day of receipt.
Please call us toll-free immediately at 800.545.2114. Our customer service representatives will
guide you through a return and replacement. If your merchandise is damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation or accident, refund or exchange is not applicable.

All PROLINE products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from
date of original purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Some manufacturers products carry longer warrantees, call for specific warrantee information. The warranty does not cover any cost of removal or installation of the products. Any alternation, misuse, incorrect application, tampering or outside repair voids this warranty. Any implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the expressed warranty.
